It looks like he's just passed on the dining room table after a hard night drinking with the Playboy bunnies.But Hugh Hefner is actually making a half-hearted attempt at planking.
The 85-year-old is determined to keep up with the latest crazes - and keep his new girlfriends happy after he was dumped by fiancée Crystal Harris, 25.
In one picture he can be seen wearing black silk pyjamas, lying at one end of the table, with his head facing the camera, at his famous Playboy Mansion in the Holmby Hills, Los Angeles.
Dirty plates and glasses can be seen at the other end of the table.
Hef's new 'number one' girlfriend Anna Sophia Berglund - who also happens to be Crystal's best friend - posted the picture on her Twitter account, saying 'I got Hef to plank!'.
But she appears to have regretted to tell him that planking actually involves lying face down in an unusual location.
Some of Anna's worried followers initially thought there was something wrong with the magazine mogul.
One wrote: 'Oh honey. I was scared for a second ! If I hadn't known Hef was planking, I would have told you to check his pulse.
