Built by Turkish entrepreneur Halis Toprak, this neo-classical mansion was bought by Horelma Peramam, a Kazak billionaire, in January 2008 for £50m.
She felt the grand entrance with double staircase and glass elevator, two acres of landscaped gardens and 28,000-square-foot of living space needed revamping.
So a top Italian designer has overseen a £30 million makeover, adding features such as a cinema, squash court, swimming pool, Venetian chandeliers, a beauty salon with a 24-carat gold-plated whirlpool bath, and a Turkish bath that accommodates 20. Some internal doors require fingerprint recognition to open - Goldfinger would feel at home.

And while not everyone was impressed his dedicated 'Beliebers' were out in force to say 'Bon Voyage!' before he hopped on his private jet back to the US.
They didn't actually say that obviously. It was probably a lot of 'OMG-ing' and screaming instead.
'Bieber Fever' struck outside Justin's West London hotel, as girls camped out for days to see a glimpse of the 18 year-old pop star.
Some even ran into the road and tried to stop his car with their bodies. Like a human road block. Yes, really.

Justin was staying at the Royal Garden Hotel (don't go there now, he's already left) which the internet describes as 'the best-value 5* hotel London has to offer'. He loves a bargain that Bieber.
The hotel received over 2,000 calls during the six days Bieber was a guest, we imagine a lot of them sounded about 14 and squealy and asked to be put through to 'Mr Bieber's room please'.
Now that Bieber's gone we expect attendance rates at school to go up 100%.
But our inner tween is well excited.Here's some pictures of the boy wonder himself to hyperventilate over...

She sported some rather bizarre outfits while over in the UK, this week.But Nicki Minaj surpassed even her own crazy style as she arrived at London Heathrow Airport, today.
The 29-year-old was dressed in some eye catching trousers which she teamed with a pair of interesting boots.

Nick, who is well known for her love of the colour pink, stayed true to form and wore a bright pink trucker cap.

 

She teamed it with a matching clutch bag and a tiny crop top that said Boy London across it.
Her black trousers were extremely tight fitting and featured six large panels again in her favourite colour.

The Your Love singer must have thought she was heading to a far out destination as she rocked footwear that resembled moon boots.
Minaj sported the futuristic platform boots and seemed happy that she was the centre of attention.
Surrounded by her entourage, the star headed straight from her car into the airport to board her flight.
The curvy star showed off her slender figure in the tight trousers but admitted earlier this week that she doesn't really exercise.
Speaking on the Graham Norton Show she said: 'Being on stage keeps you fit. It’s like cardio. When I’m on tour, I lose a lot of weight.

'When I’m at home, I have to do so much to lose it. I get on the elliptical machine and that one does it for me.'
She added: 'I’ll do it for 30 minutes every day. That’s when I’m in my workout mode.'

Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty

Last night I was walking to meet a friend in Knightsbridge when I literally stopped in my tracks and let my jaw hit the floor. I’d completely forgotten about the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty display in the Harvey Nichols windows!

I’m really bummed to be missing the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty exhibition, currently on display at the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. But being in London has to be the next best thing. London’s luxury shopping destination, Harvey Nichols, has been exclusively chosen to exhibit a commemorative window display of Alexander McQueen’s iconic designs. To commemorate the late Lee McQueen, Harvey Nichols has 15 of his pieces on display, spanning over a decade. The UK department store is the only one to have been chosen for this honor – and though the showcase won’t match the real thing in NYC, the pieces in the windows are still stunning to behold.

A truly stunning exhibit! If you are in London, I recommend you head down to Harvey Nichols as the collection will be on display until the end of May.

Harrods: Magical by Night

Last night I decided on a little impromptu photoshoot outside my favourite store in the world, Harrods of London. It was a beautiful night yesterday in London, although slightly windy, but I was absolutely enthralled in Harrods window displays entitled “Secret Garden”. Stunningly captivating, I walked around the outside of the store snapping away at the beautiful windows.

Congratulations to the Visual Merchandising team at Harrods. The windows are absolutely beautiful!

Kim Kardashian launches in London

London’s Oxford Street came to a virtual standstill on Thursday as Kim Kardashian made an appearance at Debenhams department store to launch her namesake fragrance. People had been queuing up over night to catch a glimpse of the reality TV star and it was pure chaos! I’ve not seen anything like it!

Kim was dressed in a Gucci colour-block dress and Gucci heels from the Spring/Summer collection. This collection has been a huge favourite amongst celebs such as Camille Belle and Cheryl Cole.

I heard a term yesterday that I love – “Fashion Detention”. For me Cheryl Cole is definitely given detention for her outfit. I don’t particular have much to say for Kim’s either. She looks bootylicious that’s for sure, but Camille Belle carries off her look with elegance and poise.
