It was a family affair at the White House today as President Barack Obama threw a lavish bash for the annual Easter Egg Roll.
And Julianne Moore looked even more excited than her children to be an attendee at the event as she brought along her brood.
She walked hand in hand with her nine-year-old daughter Liv as she made her way to the fun-filled family day.
And Liv, who turns ten on Wednesday, is shaping up to be the spitting image of her mother, especially thanks to her matching flaming red locks which were seen tumbling down her back.
The actress was wearing a black and white patterned dress and black wedged sandals, while her mini-me daughter donned a patriotic ensemble of a white summer dress, red belt and blue cardigan.
The girls were joined by Julianne’s director husband Bart Freundlich and their 14-year-old son Caleb.
Julianne clearly had a great time at the party and was seen grinning from ear to ear as she left the White House.
She was clutching a beautifully wrapped basket full of Easter treats as she got ready to make her way home, which may have been a party favour for the attendees.
Julianne was not the only celebrity guest joining in the fun on Easter Monday.
Teen idol Cody Simpson rocked up with his father Brad, and looked cool in a buttoned up black jacket, white shirt, blue trousers and dark sunglasses.
Janelle Monae, Forest Whitaker and pop group The McClain Sisters were also in attendance at the bash.
The Obamas welcomed thousands of children and their parents on to the South Lawn this morning to feast on a brunch menu that included waffles, French toast and slurpees.
Later in the day, visitors were offered choices of cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, hot dog and curly fries, egg salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
The President said he was thrilled to have so many guests on a sunny Easter Monday while Mrs Obama said she hoped all visitors had comfortable shoes on to take part in activities.
Some 30,000 kids and their parents were expected at the White House event attended by the Obamas, their daughters Malia and Sasha and first grandmother Marian Robinson.
