Pippa Middleton heading for the Big Apple, New York, and the Pistol gun

Her reputation was shattered last month when she was embroiled in a gun-wielding fiasco in the streets of Paris. But now in a bid to fix her public image, the Duchess of Cambridge's sister, Pippa Middleton, is said to be looking at options in the U.S.
New York is thought to be the 28-year-old's first choice, as she gears up for the launch of her party-planning guide, 'Celebrate' this October.

Since her Paris antics grabbed headlines in April, she has quit her job at London-based catering firm Table Talk, and kept a low profile, distancing herself from the Capital's social circuit.

'Pippa had been considering a move to Paris. But now that's off the list she has been investigating her options in America.'
'She would love to move to New York as she'll be spending time there when her book launches in the autumn,' a source told Grazia magazine.

Pippa was set to be questioned by Paris police after the driver of an Audi convertible in which she was travelling waved a pistol at a photographer.
The man, 36-year-old Romain Rabillard, who works as a lawyer and a senior adviser to one of the world's leading small arms manufacturers, Heckler & Koch, was captured pointing what appeared to be a semi-automatic gun directly at the camera.
'Anybody involved in the illegal use of a handgun in public is liable to arrest and interrogation.'
However Pippa was not investigated by French police, as they claimed they could not take the case any further based on the strength of the photographs alone. She is now seeking to rebuild her reputation.
Pippa, was originally in Paris to attend a lavish fancy dress party to celebrate the 30th birthday of Arthur de Soultrait, a Paris fashion entrepreneur.
Arthur could also be seen sitting in the back of the Audi wearing a navy-blue baseball cap, alongside a man believed to be his younger brother, Marcy de Soultrait.
Marcy de Soultrait insisted the weapon in question was a child's toy and that the royal in-law thought the entire incident was 'a very funny game'.
Mr De Soultrait claimed: 'It was a children's toy that the driver had in his car. Pippa thought it was funny.
'I have spoken with Pippa, she thinks this is all a joke and a funny game. We were just having a laugh. We are funny people, it's what we do.'
At the time St James's Palace declined to comment while the Middleton family solicitor failed to respond to repeated requests for a comment.
Following her appearance at the Royal Wedding last year, there has been huge interest in Miss Middleton.
As a result she is often followed by photographers and is known to guard her privacy when in the UK.

She turned heads on the red carpet in a gorgeous Lanvin frock at New York's Met Gala last night. But Emma Stone’s evening didn’t end too well after a fashion disaster with her couture dress.
The 23-year-old's jaw dropped after she discovered a hole in her frock as she headed to an after party.
She was joined by Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz, who looked on with horror at the rip in her expensive creation.

The Amazing Spider-Man star was forced to cover up the tear, just below the zip fastening, with a patent maroon coat as she arrived at a bar to carry on festivities.
She donned satin black pumps from the Hiver 2011 Runway Collection and painted her nails turquoise to complete her look, along with an intricate up do featuring a large hair brooch.
The red-head was attending a the after-party for the Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Her boyfriend Andrew Garfield – who plays the protagonist in her upcoming movie – was nowhere to be seen as she handled the fashion drama.
Emma should have seen the malfunction happen as she was spotted fussing around with her clothing earlier on the main venue steps.
Actresses Rashida Jones and Leslie Mann were helping her stay in her intricate frock but their efforts turned out to be in vain.
Another lady in red who had better luck with her style choice was Stacy Keibler, who also opted to leave her man George Clooney at home.
The former WWE participant looked stunning as she arrived at The Crown to continue celebrations and appeared thrilled to catch up with Glee actor Matthew Morrison.
With her hair swept back into a ponytail and sporting shiny red lips, she drew attention to her lengthy limbs with a two-tone maxi gown that created the illusion of a slimmer frame.
Rosario Dawson had plenty of room to move within her collared Calvin Klein number.
Despite the risk of overheating in the leather dress the star was spotting dancing with Swedish fashion model turned blogger, Hanneli Mustaparta, at The Crown.
Fashion icon Amber Valletta looked though she was also enjoying the music selection, moving away win a floor-length frock which featured a black red and pink upper half with an ivory pleated bottom.

Beyonce Knowles stole the show at the Costume Institute Gala Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York in her racy Givenchy Haute Couture dress

She's famous for her hit Single Ladies, but Beyoncé Knowles clearly adores being a family woman. The singer gave birth to her and husband Jay-Z's first child, daughter Blue Ivy, in January, and she is already planning to have more babies.
She said: 'I definitely want to have more. I don't know how many. God knows, I don't know yet.'
Glowing: Beyoncé, pictured here at the Met Gala in New York last night, has revealed she is eager for more children
But in the meantime, Beyoncé is gearing up to make a career comeback.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the Single Ladies hitmaker added: 'I've been rehearsing, I have a show coming up and it's my first show in a year. I have such a full life. I feel like now I know the reason that I was born.'
Beyoncé has certainly bounced back after giving birth four months ago and showed off her trim figure at the Met Costume Institute Gala in New York last night in a Givenchy Haute Couture dress.
The sheer theatrical creation featured a purple feathered tail as long as a wedding dress train.

She recently revealed breast-feeding and a strict diet and exercise regime helped her to shift the extra pounds put on during her pregnancy.
She explained: 'I lost most of my weight from breast-feeding and I encourage women to do it; it's just so good for the baby and good for yourself.
'I counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I did a lot walking in the beginning and now I'm running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn't just go right from being pregnant to running.'

Now THAT's defying gravity! Nicole Scherzinger shows off her curves in stunning strapless corset dress

By Holly Thomas

She's one of the most photographed women in the world.
So Nicole Scherzinger must be ever conscious of the potential embarrassment should she suffer a wardrobe malfunction.
But the stunning 33-year-old practically defied gravity with an incredible strapless corset dress in Beverly Hills yesterday.
Daring choice: Nicole Scherzinger risked a rather precarious strapless dress for a meal Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills last night

The X Factor USA judge, who had enjoyed a meal with friends at Bouchon Bistro, didn't appear in the least concerned that there was every danger of showing off more than would be appropriate in such a public setting.
The short white number, which featured a flared skirt finishing mid-thigh was undeniably pretty however, and set off Nicole's raven hair- tied up in a neat ballerina knot- perfectly.
Nicole showed off her toned legs in snakeskin heels, and on the animal theme, appeared to be carrying a leopard print top.

But there are occasional downsides to Nicole's allure it would seem.
Apparently Nicole's on-off boyfriend Lewis Hamilton has expressed some concern at the news that the star will collaborate with Simon Cowell on the X Factor USA again.
'I believe Lewis has put it out there very plainly: he would prefer Nicole to not work with Simon anymore,' a source told more!

'The guy has been portrayed as pretty sleazy recently and Lewis is bound to be a little uncomfortable with that.'
However others are keen to reassure Lewis that he has nothing to worry about on that score.
'Simon's always been very complimentary of Nicole,' explained an insider. 'They respect each other and Lewis and Simon get on well.'

Superbowl: Madonna's Dress by Givenchy and a Star on Her Crotch, Mia Gives the Finger

Madonna’s Hail Mary

New York is triumphant, Gisele disappointed: The Giants walked away with a new Super Bowl ring last night. But for the legions of fashion fans tuning in last night, it was the halftime show that was the main event. Madonna delivered a rousing (if potentially lip-synched) performance that incorporated plenty of old hits, including “Vogue,” “Open Your Heart,” and “Like a Prayer,” along with her new single, “Give Me All Your Luvin’,” for a ten-minute-plus medley that ended with a full-on gospel choir. Along the way, LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A., and Cee-Lo Green all made appearances. (M.I.A. even managed to elude censors to give the finger to the live television audience.)
M.I.A.

And the wardrobe? Courtesy of stylist and costume designer B. Akerlund, who worked with Madonna on videos including “Celebration,” “Jump,” and “4 Minutes,” they incorporated an Egyptian goddess’ store of gold headdresses and jewels and a dash of Versace-inspired Greece. Her three looks all came courtesy of Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy Haute Couture: to begin, a gold cape hand-embroidered with gold metal, studs, crystals, and lined in leopard-print chiffon; in the middle sections, a black minidress in silk cady with leopard-print cape in silk charmeuse (also hand-embroidered) and hand-studded python belt with removable flaps (above); and to close, the long black coat in silk cady with hand-embroidered sequins and micro pearls. (Sketches of all three looks are below.) Philip Treacy created her gold metal hat for Givenchy, and the label also created her nappa leather gloves. In a statement, the designer said, “People say everything has a limit, but limits do not exist with Madonna.” (Twitter seems to concur: The site reports that her performance garnered an average 8,000 tweets per second for five straight minutes.) Madonna accessorized with 19.6 carats of white gold and diamond earrings by Bulgari and over-the-knee boots by Miu Miu. Her hair was styled by Andy Lecompte and makeup by Gina Brooke.

The rest of the evening’s fashion credits continue to roll in. Madonna’s “Music” backup dancers wore Jeremy Scott for Adidas; Nicki Minaj wore a headdress by Erickson Beamon.

Twilight author Stephenie Meyer has said in the past that the dress should

She said: 'It’s a simpler style than the frillier Edwardian stuff.
'Elegant white satin, cut on the bias, with long sleeves.'
