Jessica Alba makes her mark on front row at Lanvin's Paris Fashion Week show in asymmetrical monochrome dress

She started off her trip with a fashion miss as she boarded her plane to Paris in an odd ensemble consisting of neon green trousers, scarf and hat.
But Jessica Alba has clearly upped her style stakes during her stay in the French capital.
The actress ensured she looked her best as she took in Lanvin's catwalk show at Paris Fashion Week on Friday.

Opting for an asymmetrical dress in black and white, Jessica showed off her fashion credentials when it mattered the most.

 


Flanked by her sister-in-law Nikki, the Hollywood star gave it some glitz with the jewelled neckline and matching clutch bag.
Showing off her tanned legs, Jessica showed off her toned physique with her black heels.
And she even accessorised to perfection with her large black ring and dark red nail polish.
While she's spent the majority of her holiday wearing her hair down, the Sin City star opted for a simple up-do to finish off the chic ensemble.
Jessica was clearly enjoying herself at the show, as she worked the room at the Lanvin after party, keeping her fans updated on her Twitter page.

She stumbled upon hip-hop star Pharrell Williams, and wasted no time posting up a picture of the pair of them on the social networking site.
Smiling at the camera, Jessica posed with Pharrell, who was dressed in a casual T-shirt and large chain, and wrote: 'Look who I found at #Lanvin #pfw.'
And she even managed to greet the designer himself, tweeting another photo with the words: 'So this is one of the best people ever. I love him so much . Alber Elbaz the one and only #lanvin #PFW.'

But she wasn't the only star who had been invited to take in the designs, as a whole host of other stars were spotted at the runway show.
Fellow actress Tilda Swinton turned up wearing an interesting black and ruby red frock down to her shins.
Showing off her pale looks the We Need To Talk About Kevin star wore her short dyed hair scraped back into a quiff.

Burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese was also on hand to witness the debut of the show at the Halle Freyssinet venue.
Opting for a chic black number, her unique looks were shown off with her black ringlets and scarlet lipstick.
And rock offspring Jade Jagger was the picture of health as she showed up showing off her tan in a red frock with matching strappy shoes.

During her stay in France,Jesica has been taking in the sites and enjoying spending time with Nikki Alba, who is married to her younger brother Joshua.
The pair have been spotted walking around the streets of the city, while the actress has posted up a number of photos of them meeting up with friends and drinking champagne.
They posed in front of monuments and she enjoyed an outing at the Jardin du Luxembourg on Thursday before thy had to glam up for the fashion event.
