The Hannah Montana star is only just moving in: the website states that the gorgeous estate, which was built in 1952, was purchased on 1 June.
E! Online confirms Miley's move-in date and says that the home was purchased by the Sunshine Girl Trust, which happens to be one of her song titles.

'She moved in a few months ago [and] decorated the place in her own unique style — very funky', a insider tells Ted Casablanca.
As for parental control, her new digs are close enough that she'll still be under the watchful eye of Billy Ray and Tish, but at least she'll finally be able to escape her ex, Nick.
Despite moving on, Miley and Nick, 18, are still friends. He is now dating Australian singer Delta Goodrem, who's eight years his senior.
This quasi May-December couple has been going strong since May, when they were photographed walking out of a movie theatre in Los Angeles holding hands.
Miley, of course, has also been dating an Australian - The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, whom she met while filming The Last Song together in 2009.

Despite protests from ultra-conservative Islamic groups ahead of the gig who did not approve of her risqué outfits and booty-shaking dance moves, the American singer's concert at Port Ghalib on the Red Sea was a roaring success.
She tells the September issue of the magazine: 'There were a lot of women in the audience in burkas. They were singing along to Irreplaceable – it was amazing!

'Some of the men got really upset! They were like to their women, "We have to get you out of here!"....I guess some of them (men) do get annoyed. But I never want to do "the banner thing".'
