Pippa Middleton heading for the Big Apple, New York, and the Pistol gun

Her reputation was shattered last month when she was embroiled in a gun-wielding fiasco in the streets of Paris. But now in a bid to fix her public image, the Duchess of Cambridge's sister, Pippa Middleton, is said to be looking at options in the U.S.
New York is thought to be the 28-year-old's first choice, as she gears up for the launch of her party-planning guide, 'Celebrate' this October.

Since her Paris antics grabbed headlines in April, she has quit her job at London-based catering firm Table Talk, and kept a low profile, distancing herself from the Capital's social circuit.

'Pippa had been considering a move to Paris. But now that's off the list she has been investigating her options in America.'
'She would love to move to New York as she'll be spending time there when her book launches in the autumn,' a source told Grazia magazine.

Pippa was set to be questioned by Paris police after the driver of an Audi convertible in which she was travelling waved a pistol at a photographer.
The man, 36-year-old Romain Rabillard, who works as a lawyer and a senior adviser to one of the world's leading small arms manufacturers, Heckler & Koch, was captured pointing what appeared to be a semi-automatic gun directly at the camera.
'Anybody involved in the illegal use of a handgun in public is liable to arrest and interrogation.'
However Pippa was not investigated by French police, as they claimed they could not take the case any further based on the strength of the photographs alone. She is now seeking to rebuild her reputation.
Pippa, was originally in Paris to attend a lavish fancy dress party to celebrate the 30th birthday of Arthur de Soultrait, a Paris fashion entrepreneur.
Arthur could also be seen sitting in the back of the Audi wearing a navy-blue baseball cap, alongside a man believed to be his younger brother, Marcy de Soultrait.
Marcy de Soultrait insisted the weapon in question was a child's toy and that the royal in-law thought the entire incident was 'a very funny game'.
Mr De Soultrait claimed: 'It was a children's toy that the driver had in his car. Pippa thought it was funny.
'I have spoken with Pippa, she thinks this is all a joke and a funny game. We were just having a laugh. We are funny people, it's what we do.'
At the time St James's Palace declined to comment while the Middleton family solicitor failed to respond to repeated requests for a comment.
Following her appearance at the Royal Wedding last year, there has been huge interest in Miss Middleton.
As a result she is often followed by photographers and is known to guard her privacy when in the UK.

She's famous for her hit Single Ladies, but Beyoncé Knowles clearly adores being a family woman. The singer gave birth to her and husband Jay-Z's first child, daughter Blue Ivy, in January, and she is already planning to have more babies.
She said: 'I definitely want to have more. I don't know how many. God knows, I don't know yet.'

But in the meantime, Beyoncé is gearing up to make a career comeback.

She recently revealed breast-feeding and a strict diet and exercise regime helped her to shift the extra pounds put on during her pregnancy.
She explained: 'I lost most of my weight from breast-feeding and I encourage women to do it; it's just so good for the baby and good for yourself.
'I counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I did a lot walking in the beginning and now I'm running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn't just go right from being pregnant to running.'

Justin Bieber 'wields' a somewhat puny hammer as he celebrates victory at the Tribeca Film Festival In New York Today

As the sweet-faced slender figure behind singles such as Mistletoe and Boyfriend, Justin Bieber's hardly known for his aggressive tenancies. So when he wielded a 'Thor-style' hammer at the Tribeca Film Festival today, the spectacle made for a rather humorous comparison.
In fairness to the 18-year-old, he was hardly attempting to look menacing, as the 'hammer' was in fact an award presented to him by the festival this afternoon.

He posted: 'got the DISRUPT award at the tribeca film festival with @scooterbraun. in school i got in trouble for being disruptive. LOOK AT ME NOW. lol'
The teen added: 'the award was for how we changed the game. WE. ME and ALL OF YOU did this TOGETHER. THIS IS YOUR AWARD TOO. THANKS'

Victoria Beckham Winter Fall 2012 Collection, Military-inspired

Victoria Beckham
Confident: Victoria Beckham makes an appearance at the end of her New York Fashion Week show today
She has proved she can win over the toughest of fashion critics.
And now, as a well-established member of the industry - and a British Fashion Award-winner no less - Victoria Beckham's latest offering felt like her most confident to date.
Aware that she does not need to reinvent the wheel to be successful, she delivered a crowd-pleasing collection of form-fitting dresses at her New York Fashion Week Show this morning.
Gone were the draped numbers that she favoured during her pregnancy, and the sportswear themes of last season.
Instead, her signature body-conscious shifts, falling demurely just below the knee, lent themselves perfectly to the military look so many other labels have been also championing.
The theme ensured that there was nothing boring or repetitive about the dress shape.
A palette of muddy greens, taupe and the occasional shock of red against a constant of black set the scene, while epaulettes, square pockets and crisp, pointed collars injected precision into each one.
Black leather belts, double-wrapped around waists - Mrs Beckham's included - and harness-detail backs, completed the look.
A utilitarian shade of blue was something of a palate-cleanser that appeared in a couple of garments. A different dress shape, with a shorter, more flared hem, continued the uniform theme, albeit with more of a schoolgirl vibe than a military one.
Some influences though, were purely personal. Mrs Beckham told the Daily Telegraph that the models' peaked beanies, designed by veteran milliner Stephen Jones, were inspired by the type worn by her husband.

Tinker tailor: The designer gave her signature silhouette new life with sharp collars and double-wrapped belts, while a utilitarian shade of blue was something of a palate-cleanser
And if the tailoring of some of the dresses feels reminiscent of a baseball kit, she explained that it was inspired by the shirts eldest son Brooklyn favours.

The most significant influence, though, was that of her seven-month-old daughter, Harper, who was honoured in the form of a new handbag.

Supportive husband: David Beckham, who was seated on the front row next to Vogue editor Anna Wintour, could be seen snapping away with his camera throughout the show
The only thing we couldn't quite imagine Mrs Beckham embracing next season was the legwear: woolly socks worn with chunky - often flat - biker boots by Christian Louboutin.
While the designer could be seen wearing one of the new dresses when she made her appearance at the end, her feet were still clad in those familiar platform courts.
She said in her show notes that she wanted 'to explore how clothes can make women feel when they put them on and how to create an emotional attachment between the garment and the wearer.

Crowd-pleaser: The new collection, which featured several personal influences, was yet another hit

Holding court: We can't imagine platform fan Mrs Beckham wearing the flat, chunky boots seen on her models

'The idea of how the body can connect to the clothes through their construction and detail fascinates me.'
Mrs Beckham's show was part of New York Fashion Week, which is in its fourth day. Later today will see shows from Diane von Furstenberg and Zac Posen take place, with Carolina Herrera and Donna Karan showing on Monday.

The 27-year-old was seen looking completely smitten with her new man as they strolled around town over the weekend.

Meanwhile, it was claimed she was so keen to avoid any encounters with ex-husband Ryan and his new girlfriend in New York, that she is considering buying a property in London.
Sources said the Hollywood pin-up was in the capital last week and visited an estate agent to help with her search for an apartment.
