It must be a tough life being the daughter of one of the world's richest men.New mother Ivanka Trump had an unusual companion as she took a stroll through New York yesterday with her newborn daughter Arabella.
The privileged daughter of real estate mogul Donald Trump, was joined on her walk by a very smart looking nurse.
Believed to be a highly specialised baby nanny, the nurse was in a full white uniform and stayed several steps behind Ivanka, merely to keep an eye on the 29-year-old first time mother.
Ivanka, who gave birth to Arabella on July 17, looked relaxed and casual in jeans, a white vest top and a striped cardigan wrap.
She kept the baby under wraps in a stylish looking black and cream stroller.
The former model appeared to be in great shape, having not gained much baby weight during her pregnancy and already fitting back into tight jeans just three weeks later.
Ivanka recently admitted that she has already returned to work following the birth of Arabella - the probably reason for her need for a baby nurse.
The Apprentice star revealed she went to her office, just ten days after giving birth, but missed the tiny tot so much, she ended up racing back home to see her.
She wrote on Twitter: 'Ventured into the office for a few hours today but raced home to see Arabella this evening. I'm already experiencing separation anxiety!'
The 29-year-old businesswoman and TV star certainly loves being a mother - Arabella is she and husband Jared Kushner's first baby.
'Jared and I are having so much fun playing with our daughter!' she recently wrote on Twitter. 'Arabella Rose is beyond adorable. She's truly a blessing.'
And a few days ago she added: 'Best day ever. I love hanging out with my little girl!'
