It is every father's nightmare.In the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Bruce Jenner goes to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription his wife Kris has asked him to collect.
The former Olympian quickly discovers that the prescription is birth control for his 15-year-old daughter Kendall.
Jenner immediately jumps to conclusions and panicking, tries to call his wife.
When Kris doesn't answer Bruce calls up step-daughter Khloe. 'Have you talked to to Kendall about sex?' he asks her.
Khloe does little to ease Bruce's mind, telling him it was probably smarter to assume Kendall was having sex than not.
In a rage, the former athlete returns home to confront Kris about allowing their young daughter to take birth control.
'He cries: 'My little Kendall, 15 years old. There's no way she's having sex. Why would she need birth control pills?'
But Kris tells him that it is 'not what he thinks'.
'It helps with girls' cramps,' she says. 'Kendall is not sexually active.'
But Bruce is adamant that it could lead to more. He shouts: 'And they prevent her from getting pregnant. You take that stuff and it opens the door to promiscuity.'
Kris decides that it is time to give Kendall, and Kylie, 13, the 'birds and the bees' talk - and that Bruce should be the one to do it.
But instead he decides to enlist Khloe as a spy, to find out just what his two youngest children have been up to.
Khloe and Kim round up Kendall and Kylie and grill them about how much the girls know on the topic - which turns out to be not that much at all.
But Khloe agrees with her mother, though, that a frank discussion about sex is a good idea. 'I think it's better for them to know about it before it happens,' Khloe says.
she teams up with Bruce to have the conversation, and ends up revealing that losing her own virginity was a bad experience.
'I was incredibly young,' she told her sisters. 'I dated an older guy, he was like four years older than me.
'He basically made me think that I was supposed to have sex with him. I thought "this is scary and weird and I don't like it" but the guy like forced me. And then I didn't have sex for about three years after that.'
Meanwhile Kim Kardashian fears her entire career is over when she develops psoriasis.
The reality star gets an angry red rash, first on her legs, that soon spreads all over her body.
The 30-year-old is horrified to have the skin condition, which was passed down from her mother.
'I got it for the first time when I was exactly your age,' Kris tells her distraught daughter. 'I cried myself to sleep for months.'
Kim starts to panic about an ad campaign for Skechers Shape Ups, for whom she is a spokesperson.
'I have to wear a sports bra and I have this rash all over my stomach,' she cries. 'What will the producers say? In a photoshoot they can just photo-shop it out but this is on video. They can't hide this.'
As her main source of income is from modelling and red carpet appearances, Kim is certain her career has come crashing down around her.
During a heated argument with Kris, she tells her mother to cancel the shoot, which Kris refuses to do.
Kim accuses her mother, who also acts as her manager, of just wanting her ten per cent commission.
After storming out, Kris waits nervously at the shoot the following day, not knowing if Kim will arrive.
With 200 crew members waiting and five minutes to spare, the reality star finally arrives, and after managing to cover the rash in make-up, completes the shoot.
