Wearing a patterned black wrap, with cut-off denim shorts, wedge heels and a Burberry bag the Texas-born model appeared relaxed and content in the company of her new man.
Ty, 45, kept it plain and simple with a grey T-shirt and white shorts.
Their yacht took them to Club 55 a venue that originated in 1955 when Brigitte Bardot was filming And God Created Women on Pampelonne Beach and the director asked a fisherman's hangout if they could cook for the cast.
The club is comprised of a private beach club in the middle of Pampelonne Beach combined with an outdoor restaurant.

A close friend of the lingerie designer and model told Daily Mail reporter Katie Nicholl: ‘Caprice and Roger are still friends but they’re no longer together.
‘Caprice wanted to date someone who was a little more settled – Roger was ten years her junior.
'She was introduced to Ty by a mutual friend last month and he’s been an absolute gentleman.
‘They have so much in common. It’s early days but Ty booked them into Babington this weekend for a treat.
‘Roger was much more low-key but Ty has been spoiling her and is helping her to plan a star-studded bash for her 40th birthday in October.’
