The 35-year-old former Spice Girl showed off her growing baby bump as she co-hosted an early morning U.S. show on Monday.
Dressed in a green printed silk kaftan which emphasised her rounded stomach, Mel appeared glowing as she joined co-host Live With Regis and Kelly on ABC yesterday.

Gesturing to her round stomach Mel told co-host Regis Philibin: 'I am pregnant, very pregnant so I am taking some down time. I feel swollen like a basketball. I did throw up for three months, which isn't easy. But now I feel a bit more relaxed and calm, which is nice.'
The singer posed for pictures outside the studio in a pair of jeans a white jacket and a grey striped T-shirt which emphasised her pregnancy.
Mel, who is a self-confessed fitness fanatic and keeps in tip top shape but isn’t too worried about her figure changing.
She told the New! magazine: ‘I think that when you’re pregnant you kind of eat what you want when you want. Mine is all day long and all night long. But I don’t mind. I think you want to kind of plump up during your pregnancy so you give your baby every chance of a good, healthy start.’
And speaking of her changing shape Mel, who is pregnant with her third child, is quick to point out her bottom is growing: ‘Oh God, it’s just huge! What can you say? I like eating.’
And it seems Mel certainly made the most of indulging over the weekend and tweeted: ‘I just love being pregnant at Easter hahahaha.’
Mel, who shot to fame as Scary Spice in the girl group, has revealed she is expecting her little arrival in July or August after revealing she normally gives birth six or seven weeks early.

As Mel focuses on her growing brood she is putting other members of her family, and falling out with the to one side.
The former Spice Girl laughed off the feud with her sister – which occurred after falling out over Mel’s husband Stephen Belafonte.
Mother-of-two Danielle has spoken out about her devastation at the falling out but her Mel has taken a much more light hearted when talking about the disagreement.
Speaking about her family Mel joked to New! Magazine: ‘They don’t like me right now. I’m the black sheep of the family, literally.’

Earlier this month Mel’s sister Danielle blasted her after she ‘stood her up’ after the pair arranged to meet up while the former Spice was in London.

While messages were posted from Melanie’s account she later tweeted that she had been hacked and declared her love for her sister.
