She may have turned 56-years old this year, but it seems model Janice Dickinson is still a little in denial about her advancing years.

The model and reality TV show star arrived at a New York's District 36 nightclub last night wearing a dress that left remarkably little to the imagination.

Clad in her white and gold minidress and coloured snakeskin heels, the star looked confident as she posed for photographs outside the club.

Once inside, the star let loose, holding aloft a bottle of Moet champagne as she danced the night away in the DJ booth.

Janice, who claims to be the world's first supermodel, has made no secret of her plastic surgery.

She has readily admitted to a breast enlargement, tummy tuck, neck and facelift, liposuction and Botox.

'There's no such thing as too much,' she told Closer magazine last year. 'Whatever it takes to make an individual feel better, I'm all for it.

'In my 40s I signed up for Botox and now I have it every six months,' she added.

And she's even considering having more work done.

'My advisors say I should get rid of the neck - you can have an incision in the back of the neck that will tighten it up,' she said.

'Am I considering it? Always. I'm going to be the best-looking corpse on the planet.'

Janice has also struggled with other addictions. Earlier this year, she appeared on celebrity rehab where she attempted to kick her addiction to anti-anxiety drugs.

She also appeared on four cycles of appeared on four cycles of America's Next Top Model and went on to open her own modeling agency in 2005.
