Katy Perry puts Los Angeles home on the market for $3.4m... but Russell Brand's love teepee is not included

Katy Perry and Russell Brand have put their luxury Los Angeles home on the market for $3.395million after living there for just two years.

The four-bedroom 1922 Mediterranean-style home comes complete with a romantic swimming pool and a three-car garage - which Perry has converted into her wardrobe department.

In the garden is a 25ft tall 'love teepee', bought by Brand for 26-year-old Perry. It is not included in the sale, nor is Perry's vintage pink refrigerator, which still stands in the renovated kitchen.

Despite the luxurious setting the couple have not spent much time in the home.

Katy is in the middle of her California Dreams world tour - she is now in New Zealand - while Brand, 35, is often away from home on movie sets. He is currently filming his new movie Rock of Ages in Miami, Florida.

To maximise their time together the couple have decided to make their main base in convenient New York, where they purchased a $2.7million 'crash pad' in Tribeca last year.

The listing for their Los Feliz home shows a stately exterior, but rather a bland contemporary interior of muted creams and beige.

No trace of the famous inhabitants can be seen - leading to suggestions the home has been 'dressed' for sale.

The couple may well have already moved their belongings east - to their swanky two bedroom Tribeca pied-a-terre.

The apartment spans 1,500 square feet and has a private rooftop terrace overlooking the city.

With an open floorplan and soaring wood beamed ceilings the home has a modern, urban feel.

It also has all the amenities needed to live in style, such as marble bathrooms and a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen.
