Mugshot of Paris Hilton's stalker

This is the mugshot of Paris Hilton's stalker who has been arrested again after he was caught peering into the socialite's Malibu beach home.James Rainford, 36, was nabbed by police while wearing no shirt and looking into Paris's house - breaking the rules of his restraining order.
Rainford has had numerous run-ins with the reality TV star and is banned from going within 200 yards of Paris. Arrested: James Rainford was captured by police yesterday for violating a restraining order that forbids him going near to Paris Hilton

Rainford was found trespassing on Paris's house in the Hollywood Hills late last year, and in April he was convicted of attacking the socialite's then boyfriend Cy Waits outside a Los Angeles court house.
Rainford was taken into custody yesterday, the Los Angeles Sheriff's department said.
Hilton voiced her disgust at his constant torment earlier today when she tweeted: 'My stalker needs to leave me alone. Creep.'
Paris Hilton's 'stalker' was arrested today outside her Malibu beach house, while she celebrated the Fourth of July inside.
Nasty surprise: Paris Hilton was seen on the balcony prior to the man's arrest

In their latest near-confrontation, beach goers witnessed a shirtless Rainford being handcuffed and taken away in a patrol car at around 4.30pm on Monday afternoon.
'He was hanging around on the beach while Paris was inside,' said an eyewitness.
'Someone recognised him as being the man who had given her trouble in the past and the cops arrived pretty quickly.
'They checked him out and led him away, he was handcuffed and put into the police car.
'Paris had been out on her balcony that day - it was obvious she was in there.'

The arrest follows Rainford serving time in jail earlier this year after pleading 'no contest ' to misdemeanor battery when he allegedly struck Hilton's then boyfriend Cy Waits on the back of the head outside court in April.
However, he is reported to have been released early after serving just 24 days of his 227 day sentence.
Back in  January, Rainford had also pleaded 'no contest' in a trespass case after he was arrested on charges of trying to contact Hilton at her home in the Hollywood Hills for which he was sentenced to three years’ probation.
Yesterday, a statement from Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said that operators had been alerted to a 'suspicious person standing on the beach.'
'The caller stated he believed the suspicious person was the man he recently saw on the news, who attacked Miss Hilton's male acquaintance,' the statement said.

'Deputies arrived at the call and were contacted by numerous paparazzi. They directed the deputies to the suspect, who still stood on the beach, looking into Miss Hilton's house.
'Deputies identified the suspect as James Rainford and determined a valid restraining order prohibiting him from being within 200 yards of Miss Hilton or her residence was in effect.
The statement added that 'Rainford was arrested "without incident" and charged with violation of a protective order.
He is currently in custody with bail set at $20,000.
Yesterday's arrest came just a week after 32-year-old Nathan Lee Parada was sentenced to two years in prison, after he was convicted of attempted burglary for trying to break into Hilton's house last year.
During the trial, Hilton testified that she was awoken early on August 24 last year by the sound of Parada banging on her window with a knife.

Although Parada did not enter her property, Hilton had clearly been shaken by her prowler.
She famously posted a picture on Twitter of the suspect being handcuffed at the scene soon after the incident.

She tweeted the accompanying message: 'So scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding two big knives. Cops are arresting him here.'
TMZ reported at the time that Hilton didn't know Parada and it is unclear if he targeted her or if it was a random incident.
Hilton's spokesperson released a statement saying: 'Paris is naturally shaken by the events but is unharmed and well.
'She is very thankful to her security team and the police for their swift and diligent response.'
Parada is said to have told police he planned to steal as much as he could carry and move to a deserted island.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Kellogg recommended during last week's hearing that Parada undergo mental health counselling in addition to his prison sentence.
