It's not just daddy who's got a healthy bank balance... Petra Ecclestone borrows a cool $82.4 million from her mummy to Buy the Spelling Mannor.

Her father is never short of a penny or two - in fact he recently shelled out £1 million for the Black Eyed Peas to perform at his daughter's wedding.

But Petra Ecclestone turned to her mother for a huge loan to purchase her new marital home.
The 22-year-old apparently received over $82.4 million from her mother as a contribution towards a grand sum of $85 million for Candy Spelling's former home in LA County.

According to documents obtained by U.S. website TMZ Petra became the proud owner of Candy's 57,000 square foot mansion on Thursday last week.
The deed of trust shows she borrowed almost the entire asking price for the sprawling mansion, apart from $2,565,940, from her mother Slavica Ecclestone.
Her father, Formula 1 mogul Bernie, is said to be worth around £2.5 billion - Slavica received a percentage of this when she divorced him in 2009, with several of his business enterprises placed in her name.
Last year she was named richest millionaire from a divorce in the Sunday Times rich list with an estimated wealth of £734 million.
So it's little wonder she could afford to spare almost £85 million for her daughter.
The huge mansion, dubbed Candyland after its owner, sits on five acres in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighbourhood and contains fourteen bedrooms and twenty-seven bathrooms.

There are also said to be special rooms dedicated to activities like wrapping presents and storing silverware, in addition to the usual luxurious amenities such as a wine cellar, beauty salon, bowling alley, screening room, library, and gym.
It also has parking spaces for 100 cars.
The 22-year-old fashion designer, known to be one of the most spoiled girls in Britain, is marrying entrepreneur James Stunt in August and is believed to be splitting her time between her homes in London and Los Angeles.
Candy Spelling is the widow of Aaron Spelling who produced TV shows Charlie's Angels, Dynasty, Starsky and Hutch, Beverly Hills, 90210, and Melrose Place.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Ms Spelling and her husband bought the property in the early 1980s and tore down the existing house to build the French chateau-style home in 1991.
The home has a double staircase inspired by Gone With the Wind.

This will be the second of Petra Ecclestone's luxurious properties after her billionaire father treated her to the six-story house in London's exclusive Chelsea neighbourhood.
In addition to 14 bedrooms, the house boasts six reception rooms, ten bathrooms, a large frontage and a lodge next door.
Meanwhile father Bernie's donation of £1 million for the Black Eyed Peas to perform at Petra’s wedding next month pales in comparison.

The chart-topping U.S. group, fronted by singers Will.i.am and Stacy ‘Fergie’ Ferguson, will be flown out to perform as part of the three-day celebrations being held at the 13th Century Odescalchi Castle, near Rome, over the August bank holiday weekend.
He will fly 300 guests to Italy to mark Petra’s marriage to businessman James Stunt, 26. Tom Cruise  and Katie Holmes were married at the same venue.
The wedding celebrations are set to dwarf the sumptuous £1 million party Bernie, 80, laid on at London’s Battersea Power Station to mark Petra’s engagement in May.
