She is rumoured to be single again after apparently splitting from long-term girlfriend Tasya Van Ree.
And it looks as though The Rum Diary star Amber Heard may already be moving on.
The 25-year-old was seen enjoying a walk in West Hollywood with a mystery woman over the weekend- wearing the exact outfit she had on the day before, when the pair were spotted shopping together at The Grove.
Amber wore a black dress with a white under-skirt and a long pale beige blazer coat for both excursions. Her appearance was slightly more relaxed on day two however, when she wore her hair loose, and didn't bother with make-up.
Amber's companion likewise wore the same black jacket and leggings that she had the previous day- though both women swapped high heels for flats for the second outing.
The female friend was wearing a different top on the second day, so presumably she'd had an opportunity to change.
Clearly relaxed, the pair even brought a dog along for their morning jaunt, stopping at a cafe for some takeaway refreshments on their way.
The actress discussed her sexuality in a recent interview with Women's Health magazine.
She said: 'You can’t respect yourself if you’re afraid to be who you are,' she said.
'It requires bravery to do something no one else around you is doing.
'But the risk was outweighed by the possibility of playing into this horribly detrimental lie that some in Hollywood perpetuate
Amber explained that her family had known about her sexual preferences for many years and accepted her.
'I can’t be a part of the problem. I hate the idea of a label just as much as anyone else but I’m with who I’m with, I love who I love and I’m if not a better actress than I was yesterday and my personal life should have no effect on that,' she said.
Heard has spent the past few months in New York filming new comedy Syrup - an adaptation of Max Barry's novel of the same name.
The movie tells the story of 'a slacker who hatches a million-dollar idea. But, in order to see it through, he has to learn to trust his attractive corporate counterpart'.
Syrup also stars Kellun Lutz, Brittany Snow and Josh Pais.
She is next set to star in Motor City alongside Oscar nominee Gary Oldman and Dominic Cooper - playing the latter's ex-girlfriend.
