Inside Snooki and JWoww's new 'smush pad'

It may seem serene and peaceful now, but this old firehouse is about to become the scene of Snooki and JWoww chaos in their new spin-off reality show.
The Jersey City property has been selected as the backdrop for the next chapter in Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi and Jenni 'JWoww' Farley's lives, and if it's anything like the last, there are going to be fireworks.
But as TMZ reported, the producers of their new show obtained a permit to shoot at the firehouse, under the condition that there must be at least four Jersey City police officers at the property at all times.

So they're coming to the project adequately prepared.
The 150-year-old firehouse comes with a luxury kitchen, a precarious cast-iron spiral staircase and bedrooms with doors labeled Office of the Battalion Chief and Grenade Captain.
Sadly, the property doesn't feature a hot-tub but there is a fireman's pole to keep Snooki occupied.

But she won't be joined by her old friend Mike in a downwards plunge, because The Situation says he won't be a part the new show.

TMZ spoke to the reality protagonist about the girls' recent comments inferences about his sexuality and branded them: 'Crazy.'
He also said that rumours that Snooki is pregnant were probably just a way of getting publicity for the show.
The girls had their hopes for a sequel dashed initially after they were banned from Hoboken City.
The Mayor of Hoboken Dawn Zimmer said she would not countenance the idea the area could be used as the setting for the proposed show.
In a memo posted on the city's website, she said: 'Based on protecting public safety and quality of life concerns for Hoboken residents, the City has denied a film permit for a spin-off of the Jersey Shore to be filmed in public locations.
But their persistence paid off and they were eventually given the green light to film their new Jersey Shore spin off show in Jersey City, New Jersey.
MTV confirmed the location to TheWrap, and said that: ‘Snooki and JWoww are happy to know they'll be filming in their favourite state once again.’
A Jersey City spokeswoman indicated that 495 Productions, which produces Jersey Shore and will also produce the spinoff, had to hire police to minimize any disorder the production might create.
The go-ahead comes following an arduous search for a location and then in late January, Hoboken's mayor said that the city had shot down a request for a film permit for the series.
24-year-old Snooki and 25-year-old JWoww are have been making several television and radio appearances in a bid to drum up publicity for their new project.
