She is a regular on Best Dressed lists at every awards ceremony.
And Michelle Williams, 31, certainly didn't disappoint at tonight's Baftas. The actress surprised many by wearing an elegant dress customised for her by high street chain H&M, as part of their exclusive Conscious collection.
But eagle-eyed fashion fans were even more impressed by Michelle's quirky clutch bag, which gave a wink to her famous character Marilyn Monroe.
The clutch, by designer Olympia Le- Tan, is a tribute to Arthur Miller's work The Misfits.
The 1961 film starred the playwright's wife Monroe, and premiered shortly after the couple's divorce.
Olympia told the Mail Online exclusively: 'I find it so great that Michelle chose The Misfits as she just played Marilyn. Smart choice!
'That's exactly the way I like my bags to be worn. For the book and for the bag!'
Le- Tan's embroidered handbags are already popular among A-listers including Tilda Swinton, Clémence Poésy and Natalie Portman.
Natalie chose one of Olympia's Lolita bags to carry at the New York premiere of Black Swan in 2010, while Clémence carried one at the Harry Potter premiere in London.
The Paris-based designer has previously worked at Chanel and Balmain, before launching her own accessories label in 2009.
Other literature-inspired clutches by Olympia include Moby Dick, The Catcher in the Rye, Dracula and Nineteen Eighty-Four.
Michelle lost out to Meryl Streep tonight in the Best Actress category at the awards ceremony.
