*Mother Monster* has teamed up with Thierry Mugler designer to create what she calls 'the masterpiece', this being a body suit with a floaty train featuring a collage of selected photographs of her 'little monsters'.
The dress was worn for MAC's Viva Glam social awareness campaign, along with the platinum, high swept hair, heel-less platforms and dark smokey eye make up.
But don't forget, all of the glamour featured in this ad is for a good cause: raising money for the MAC Aids fun and to date $224 million has been raised.
