Lauren Conrad is all sparkles in sequins as she celebrates her birthday in Las Vegas

She was once most famous for her reality show turn in The Hills, but is now carving out a successful career as a fashion designer.
And Lauren Conrad certainly dressed the part in a sparkling blue mini dress as she celebrated her birthday in Las Vegas last night.
The star, who turned 26 on February 1, stepped out on the red carpet at Hyde nightclub at the Bellagio Hotel for the belated bash.

The simple but classy shift dress featured a daring backless detail and the star also wore black heels with the electric frock.
She was clearly enjoying herself, smiling broadly on the red carpet before making her way into the party.
But despite wearing blue last night, the star actually recommend a classy black frock when it comes to night time fashion.
'If you're going to be the belle of the ball at a party, I think a chic LBD is the way to go,,' she recently told StyleBistro.

'It's simple and elegant, but still fun. And it can be easily accessorised with layers of necklaces.'

She will also release a new novel The Fame Game, this April.
