It appears that Justin Bieber has quite the penchant for religious artwork.
Following in the footsteps of the likes of David Beckham, the 18-year-old pop star has added to his collection of holy tattoos.
The teenager has had praying hands etched on his leg, and the new design was spotted over the weekend when he went fishing in Florida with his girlfriend Selena Gomez and some family members.
The black and grey tattoo sits just below an existing tattoo of Jesus on his left calf.
Justin is a vocal follower of Christianity, and first proclaimed his faith in indelible ink back in December.
The previous design is based on the image of Jesus called Ecce Homo dating back to 1610 by artist Rubens.
Praying hand tattoos are said to be often chosen by people who firmly believe in the power of prayer and the Almighty.
The Baby star is quickly collecting a vast array of tattoos for his tender age.
Back in May the Canadian star and his father Jeremy got matching Jesus tattoos written Hebrew, inked on the side of their rib cages.
He also has a bird tattoo on his lower torso.
With their hectic schedules, Justin and Selena don't always get much of a chance for romance.
So you'd think when the Canadian singer jetted to Florida to spend the weekend with his girlfriend during her weekend off filming her latest movie, they'd want to be alone.
However, the pair looked content to join Gomez's Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson and her boyfriend Ryan Good... and Bieber's mother Patricia and his grandparents for their fishing trip.
Justin's maternal grandparents Diane and Bruce Dale had also travelled down from Canada for the trip.
Gomez looked relaxed in a tie-dye fringed T-shirt and maxi skirt as she walked along the mooring, while her boyfriend looked like a typical teenager in shorts, T-shirt and high-top trainers.
Justin arrived in St Petersburg this weekend to spend a few days with Gomez, 19, who has been busy filming Spring Breakers.
Ahead of Bieber and Good's arrival, Benson has been tweeting her excitement at seeing her boyfriend.
She wrote: 'Can't wait to see you :-))))).'
It appeared the group all had a good day, with Bieber tweeting: 'Great day fishing. Time with grandpa doing the simple things in life. Great day.'
After a few hours at sea, the group returned to dry land - but weren't in the mood to be photographed as they covered their faces with white towels.
It was another double date later that night - without the parents and grandparents - as the two couples headed to a sports' bar.
She wrote on her Facebook page: 'Just to clear up my last instagram post, my band and I are going our separate ways for a while.
'This year is all about films and acting and I want my band to play music wherever with whoever.
'We will be back but, it will be a good while. I love them and I love you guys :).'
