And while many will chuckle at her near miss, it will surely concern the television favourite's legion of fans, who were cheered when she finally announced she was expecting earlier this week.
The reality personality lived up to her usual standard of dress, donning a peach mini dress, leather jacket and leopard print bag for her trip outdoors.
Just before her stumble, she was spotted scratching at her leg, as if she had spotted a blotch on her fake tan.
