With her cherry-red nose, woolly hat and animal-themed mittens, Anne Hathaway looked like she was battling the chilly weather when she took her dog for a walk in New York this weekend.
The 29-year-old actress hit the streets with her chocolate Labrador, Esmeralda, on Sunday.
Hathaway - who plays Catwoman in the latest Batman movie - tugged along at the pet who was born in 2004.
The Devil Wears Prada star was simply dressed, wearing a black jacket, jeans and a pair of brown loafers.
But her accessories gave her ensemble an adorable touch.
Hathaway wore a knitted slouchy. grey hat and a pair of mittens that would make the average toddler jealous.
Her hands were covered in animal-themed mittens, one of which looked like a lamb. The one, on her right hand, resembled an owl.
Despite trying her best to keep the cold out, the actress couldn't hide her red nose.
At one point Esmeralda pulled away from Hathaway - and like many dog owners - the native New Yorker had to tug at the animal's leash to get her attention.
She went for the walk alone, without her fiancé actor Adam Shulman. The couple announced their engagement in November.
Hathaway is the latest actress to step into the skin-tight Catwoman catsuit.
Halle Berry and Michelle Pfeiffer have also played the role on the big screen while Eartha Kitt and Julie Newmar played the vixen in the Batman TV series.
In a recent interview Hathaway said: 'I love the costume.
'I love the costume because everything has a purpose, nothing is in place for fantasy's sake, and that's the case with everything in [the director] Christopher Nolan's Gotham City."
