Victoria's Secret star Alessandra was walking in a runway show for Brazilian fashion company Colcci, and was watched by stars including Ashton Kutcher as she strutted her stuff.
As well as a loose fitting denim ensemble, Alessandra also donned a tiny pair of beige shorts and a knitted brown jumper for another section of the fashion show.
Alessandra, who only revealed her pregnancy last month, was sporting bright red lips and matching nails and appeared glowing as she made her way down the runway.
Alessandra was seen placing a protective hand on her bump as she posed for photos before heading on a night out.
The Angel isn't slowing down despite being pregnant and she even stripped off for the Victoria's Secret show in November.
Alessandra, who is expecting her second child with her fiancé, Californian businessman Jamie Mazur, revealed in December that she was unsure if she would be able to star in the Victoria's Secret's annual lingerie extravaganza back in November because of her changing form.

'I didn't tell anybody so no one knew at the show that I was pregnant,' she said. 'A week before, I told my booker I don't think I'm going to be able to fit into the clothes because I gained a few pounds already, but we were just quiet.
To avoid piling on the pounds she said she went on a strict diet and trained hard.
'I cut all the sugars and sweets 10 days before and I got my trainer - the one I usually get - and we were doing lots of glutes and arms and back exercises,' she explained.
While Alessandra's pregnancy figure guaranteed plenty of attention, Ashton also caused a bit of a stir as he arrived into the country.
The actor was mobbed by fans at the airport too.
Fans of the Two and A Half Men star were ready and waiting for the star with items for him to sign and quickly surrounded him as he made his way through the airport.
