She's been out of the spotlight since undergoing surgery on her vocal cords last year.
But now Adele has come forward to confirm she will be making her musical comeback at the Grammy Awards next month.
The Someone Like You singer took to her Twitter page this afternoon to inform her fans she 'can't wait' for the performance at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday February 12.
Adele tweeted: 'Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys. It's been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can't wait, speak soon xx. (sic)'
In a press release confirming the news, Adele said: 'I’m immensely proud to have been asked to perform at this year’s Grammy Awards.
'It’s an absolute honour to be included in such a night, and for it to be my first performance in months is very exciting and of course nerve-wracking, but what a way to get back into it all.'
It has yet to be confirmed which track Adele will choose to make her comeback with.
The 23-year-old singer was forced to cancel a string of concerts in America and England after doctors discovered a benign polyp on her vocal cords.

Adele – who has been nominated for six prizes at the Grammys including Record Of The Year and Song of the Year for single 'Rolling in the Deep' and Album Of The Year for '21' – is also set to perform at the BRIT Awards one week later, three months after her voice-threatening surgery.
The only artist to outdo Adele in the Grammy nominations stakes was rapper Kanye West, who leads the field with seven nods.
His single All of the Lights is up for Song Of The Year, and he is in the running for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration and Best Rap Song, while his track Otis - with Jay-Z - picks up two nods in the Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song categories.
