And Will Smith has certainly proved that with his huge trailer that has been placed on a New York street while he films scenes for Men In Black 3.
He has planted two luxury trailers in the Soho district, one of which is just to accommodate his gym equipment.

The actor has parked the enormous double-decker home and gym for the shoot - even though he is also renting sumptuous apartment less than a mile away.
The lavish 1,150 square feet two-bedroom, two-bath trailer looks like a metal titanic parked in the narrow streets of Soho in Manhattan. The 42-year-old's gym trailer is also a gigantic 55 feet.
It is far bigger than the average NYC flat with rent for the luxurious vehicle, nicknamed The Heat, coming in at $9,000 a week.
It includes a movie room with a 100-inch screen, marble floors throughout, offices for Smith's assistants, two bedrooms and an all-granite bathroom.
Sprawling for around 53 feet down the street it has 22 wheels and weighs in a whopping 30 tons.
The vast production crew arrived on Monday May 9, with around 25 trucks in total.
The I Am Legend star's ostentatious vehicle is made by Anderson Mobile Estates. With the flick of a switch it can double its height in 30 seconds and it costs just under $2 million to buy.
The interior has a fully-equipped kitchen with Italian cherrywood cabinets and church-style arched windows.

There is also a space for Smith's makeup and wardrobe needs. A satellite hookup on the roof sends Smith's movies to a 50-inch plasma TV or 37-inch TVs peppered around the trailer which also features a 100-inch roll-down movie projector screen.
Upstairs holds bar, an office big enough for 30 people including Smith's assistants and personal writing staff.
In the same neighborhood, Smith is also renting a five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom apartment for $25,000 a month on trendy Bond Street.
City authorities said that despite the size of Smith's entourage, it does not breach any regulations.
'NYPD supervisors and officers assigned to the set from the Movie/TV Unit are on hand to ensure a production's parking is in compliance with its permit,' said Julianne Cho, associate commissioner of the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting.
