Her frequent jet-setting between Los Angeles and London would make anyone exhausted.
But when you're heavily pregnant with your fourth child, it must be even more exhausting.
Stepping out to see her manager Simon Fuller receive a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame yesterday, the ex-pop star, 37, looked tired and pale.
Joined by her eldest son Brooklyn, Mrs Beckham appeared self-conscious as she stepped out in a knot drape dress from her Spring/Summer 2011 collection.
No doubt tottering about while heavily pregnant in 6 1/2 inch Christian Louboutin platform heels wouldn't have helped her relax.
Since announcing her pregnancy in January, the former Spice Girl has been as busy as ever, frequently flying to London for meetings with her management.
But with six weeks to go before she's due to give birth to a baby girl via caesarean section, perhaps she should be taking it easy.
Tonight she'll miss out her husband David playing with his former Manchester United teammates at Old Trafford.
But she'll be there in spirit, as she Tweeted: 'Tonight is going to be an amazing night for David at Old Trafford! Great to see him in a Man U shirt playing with his old teammates.'
A spokesperson for Mrs Beckham recently told MailOnline: 'It is no secret that Victoria will be having her baby in the U.S. - we will not be confirming the date although early July is correct.'
Meanwhile Fuller, who famously managed The Spice Girls, posed in front of a star-studded audience including American Idol judges Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson.
Lopez looked stunning in a clinging powder blue long-sleeved Zac Posen dress, as she sat next to husband Marc Anthony in the front row.
There was no sign of third judge Steven Tyler.
This season's American Idol rejects, Haley Reinhart and James Durbin, also arrived to show their support, with Durbin wearing a jacket adorned with a union flag.
Host Ryan Seacrest and one-time Idol winner Carrie Underwood made speeches, with Seacrest paying a more personal tribute to Fuller.
He said: 'He is innovative, strategic, creative, kind, generous and, above all, he is a tremendous friend to all of us who have gotten to know him.'
Seacrest looked smart in a dark suit, while Underwood, who has become one of the most successful Idol winners, looked stunning in a white lace dress.
The final of American Idol will take place on Tuesday and will feature Lauren Alaina and Scotty McCreery.
The winner will be crowned in a special Wednesday night episode this week.
