Sarah Jessica Parker certainly knows how to make an entrance and had every photographer on her last night as she strolled down the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival.
The actress wowed in the floral print crepe georgette gown, with lace detailing at the sleeves and on the neckline.
The gown was from the Ellie Saab Autumn/Winter ready to wear collection, which SJP wore to the preview of her upcoming comedy I Don’t Know How She Does It.

But it wasn’t only her film previewing at Cannes, she was also a guest at the premiere of Peter Chan’s Wu Xia – a Chinese detective story which will be retitled Dragon for US audiences.
During the presentations, Harvey Weinstein also introduced the trailer for My Week With Marilyn, starring Michelle Williams as Monroe.
And when speaking of Sarah Jessica Parker’s latest film, he said that the late Anthony Minghella advised him to read the original novel by Allison Pearson ten years ago – which the movie is based on.
When Weinstein introduced Parker, he said: ‘I wish Anthony were around to see this because I know he’d love her and I know he’d love her performance.’

And SJP appeared to have arrived alone, as her husband Matthew Broderick was probably looking after their children.
The cast of I Don't Know How She Does It also includes Greg Kinnear, Pierce Brosnan, Olivia Munn, Seth Myers, Kelsey Grammer, Christina Hendricks and Jessica Szohr.

But the plot is centred around SJP’s character Kate, who is a finance executive who is the breadwinner for her husband and two children.
Also attending the screening of Wu Xia was Taiwanese film star Takeshi Kaneshiro, famed for House of the Flying Daggers, and Chinese actress Wei Tang.
Wei Tang, who starred in Ang Lee’s Lust, Caution looked stunning in a pale peach gown with a plunging neckline and a pearl necklace.
