But it appears Jason Statham is preparing to offload one of his homes as he builds a new lovenest for him and model girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
The Derbyshire-born actor, 43, is selling his contemporary glass walled home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.74million (£1.69million).

The 2,280 sq ft house was built in 1957 and has been described as reminiscent of the 'Glass House' by Philip Johnson with its floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
The three bedroom, three bathroom property is set over an open-plan design and includes a pool surrounded by hedges, giving a sense of privacy.
Although private, the glass walls give the property an enormous sense of light.
The Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels star bought the property for $2.4million (£1.48million) in 2005 after Transporter 2 came out, making $85million in the worldwide box office.
A real estate source said: 'The house has a very macho feel to it.

Statham is currently building a brand new home - on a much bigger scale - in the same neighbourhood.
He's purchased some land in the Hollywood Hills with sweeping views of Los Angeles.

During a visit in February with Huntington-Whiteley, Statham was seen checking out the building progress on his future home.
The site is just a few hundreds yards from the LA-home his ex-girlfriend Kelly Brook was renting during her recent stay Stateside.
But apart from his outgoing and incoming Hollywood homes, Statham has an LA-base in Malibu.

He bought a five-bedroom beachfront home in Malibu for $10.6million (£6.54million).
He previously owned a two bedroom apartment in downtown LA, which he sold in 2009 for $1.39million (£858,000).
Just months before they split in 2004, Statham and his ex Brook bought a $1.21million (£750,000) home in the leafy South London suburb of Herne Hill, but sold it soon after.
