'I love the summer... we girls can wear less clothes': Marisa Miller heats up Esquire magazine in topless photoshoot

As a lingerie model, it's not like her day job requires her to wear many clothes.

So it perhaps comes with little surprise that American model Marisa Miller is a big fan of the summer months - because she can get away with wearing as little as possible.

Posing topless on the beach for a sexy photoshoot with Esquire magazine, the 32-year-old stunner explains that is one of the reasons why summer is her favourite season.

'Well, summer is my favourite time of the year,' she says playfully.

'It’s warm, everybody gets outside, girls wear a little less clothing, and there’s lots of concerts.

'Everybody’s just ready to have some fun.'

As if to prove her theory, Marisa poses for the men's mag in a series of revealing outfits.

Besides rolling around in the sand, the Sports Illustrated and Victoria's Secret star also slips into a sexy black bra teamed with a black jacket and very short shorts.

Asked which fellow Sports Illustrated swimsuit model she’d like to party with, she told the magazine: 'All of them? Well, Brooklyn [Decker] is a very, very sweet girl.'

She also talked about sword-fighting in a recent Captain Morgan commercial, recalling: 'Oh, it was crazy. I really like doing physical things - I’m a very athletic person - and there’s only been a few times in my career that I’ve been able to use that.

'We trained for a week. On set it was so hot, and we’re in these leather pants, and you’ve got all this sand - it’s the craziest feeling.

'We were so irritated by the elements that when we were fighting we were so mad. And it actually worked.
