She was thrilled to announce her engagement last month, but Kate Hudson doesn't like to call her rocker beau as her 'fiancé'.

The star revealed the pet name during an appearance of Live With Regis And Kelly this morning where she promoted her new film, Something Borrowed.
Glowing: Pregnant Kate Hudson appeared on Live With Regis and Kelly this mornign where she discussed names for Matt Bellamy
'It’s weird to say fiancé to me, I like baby daddy,' she said. 'So he’ll be baby daddy until he’s hubby.'
Hudson, who is currently in her third trimester, also revealed that it was the shows' host Kelly Ripa who had encouraged her to pursue Bellamy after bumping into him at Coachella music festival last year.
'When we first met, Kelly and I were working out together and she kind of gave me the wink and said "I like this guy for you,"' she said.
Kate also shared more details about her second pregnancy in an interview with USA Today.
She told the newspaper: 'The baby moves around all the time.'
'It's getting harder to sleep. I'm due in like two months. We'll see. But it will come early. I can feel it.'
Gushing: Kate claimed she had Kelly to thank for her relationship with Matt
Kate and Matt can't wait to meet their child, but refuse to find out ahead of time whether they are having a boy or a girl.
'I looked at Matthew and said: 'We're almost there',' says Hudson. 'It's so easy to find out.'
'But this way, there's no expectation on what the baby is. You're not thinking about what they look like. You're literally just going: 'Is it a boy or is it a girl?'
'People see you and try to guess. And on the day, the motivation becomes very different.'
Blooming: The actress revealed she prefers to call her fiance Baby Daddy
That said, Hudson has openly admitted that she thinks she is having a little girl.
The actress already has a seven-year-old son, Ryder, with her ex-husband Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson.
She says that having her first child affected her acting career and she expects her second baby will have a similar influence.
'It's really just prioritising,' says Hudson, who plans to split her time between Los Angeles and London when the baby comes.
'For Ryder, he definitely does slow down my ability and desire to work. At the same time, I will work because I have to. I love it.'
'Now that I'm going for Round Two, it's gonna double. Whatever is going to take me away from becoming mum on a daily basis is going to have to be really worth the experience.'
