Jennifer Aniston swaps sprawling $38m mansion for a cosy two-bedroom love nest with Justin Theroux

Jennifer Aniston's love life is moving on up, but when it comes to real estate, the actress is down-grading - for now. Just a month after selling her sprawling $38 million mansion, the 42-year-old is setting up house with boyfriend Justin Theroux in a modest two-bedroom house.
The couple - who only made their relationship official in May - have signed the lease on cosy property in the Hollywood Hills while they continue to search for a permanent home.

Despite being a lot smaller than Jen's previous residence, 'It is a really romantic house with great views and a warm feeling in every room. If they decide they like it, it's also for sale,' said the insider.
She rented the house on August 1, several months after deciding that her Beverly Hills mansion was 'too much' for her and she wanted to simplify her life.
'Jen and Justin are very excited about living together in their new home,' a source told America's People magazine.

The house provides the couple with privacy, hardwood floors, a new ozone pool, spa and viewing deck. The master suite features vaulted ceilings and French doors leading to the yard.
The new home is adding fuel to rumours that the couple are ready to start trying for a family.
'He'd make an excellent father,' a Theroux source told Us. 'Since he's a screenwriter, he could work from home and take care of a kid.'
After announcing she was taking a break from work, the Horrible Bosses star has been spending all of her spare time with her new man.
The couple recently returned from a romantic holiday to Hawaii where they spent nearly a fortnight in the remote location, renting a spectacular home costing a cool $7,000 (£4,299) per night.
Their blossoming romance appears to be going from strength-to-strength, with the Friends star, introducing her new beau to her social circle.
Jen, who was married to Brad Pitt for five years, is also believed to have introduced Justin, 40, to her father John over lunch in Los Angeles last month.
