Miley carried a handful of bags including one from Spanx, famous for their body shaping underwear and tights.
She teamed her dress with a turquoise and silver necklace along with short black ankle boots.
Miley, who first found fame as teenager turned pop star Hannah Montana in the Disney TV series, has certainly been growing up fast.
Earlier this month, she was spotted smoking cigarettes while spending time with her actor boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
The star also has several tattoos including a dream catcher and the words 'just breathe' on her rib cage; an anchor on her wrist; the word 'love' on her ear; and a cross and heart on her hand.
